Drive profitable industrial motor growth with ABB as a Distribution Account Manager supporting NEMA Motors through a hybrid work model.
This experienced sales leader will develop channel strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and advance ABB products, solutions, and services. The work spans industrial distribution and EASA shop partner channels, with focus on market awareness, pricing, product mix, and regional performance. Technical knowledge of electric motors is central.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute account and growth strategies across distributor channels
Deliver profitable growth through pricing and product mix
Monitor competitive activity, risks, trends, and opportunities
Translate market insights into clear sales actions
Collaborate on pursuits, account planning, and frame agreements
Requirements:
Engineering or related bachelor’s degree
Strong electric motor technical knowledge
At least 10 years in technical sales and business development
Account management experience in industrial distribution
Excellent English communication and customer relationship skills
Bring strategic business development, industrial distribution, and electric motor sales experience to ABB’s NEMA Motors division.
