As a Mortgage Development Manager, you support clients throughout their homeownership journey. You develop external business, collaborate with internal teams, and recommend mortgage strategies aligned with client needs. Your work connects clients with insurance, banking, and investment specialists when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify client needs and recommend suitable mortgage strategies
Build lasting relationships with real estate brokers and home builders
Develop digital and in-person market visibility strategies
Participate actively in business development activities and events
Apply established processes and regulatory requirements rigorously
Requirements:

College diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
At least two years of business development experience
Financial services experience is ideally included
Knowledge of financing, insurance, investments, and banking services
French language proficiency and strong professional rigor
Bring mortgage advisory, partnership development, and client service expertise to National Bank’s residential financing team.
