Lead enterprise transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise as Toromont Cat’s Senior IT Project Manager in Concord. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
You will guide complex initiatives that deliver strategic change, business improvement, and technology enablement. The work requires enterprise project leadership, governance, risk management, and stakeholder facilitation. You will collaborate with executives, business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and cross functional groups through implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from planning through stabilization and business ownership
Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness
Partner with executives, vendors, and cross functional teams
Support communications, training, engagement, and adoption strategies
Maintain governance and manage vendor accountability
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
8+ years leading complex enterprise projects or transformations
Essential experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Expertise in governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
Strong communication, facilitation, vendor, and risk management skills
Bring transformation leadership, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, and disciplined governance to Toromont Cat’s enterprise initiatives in Concord.
