As a Sales Associate, you’ll be crucial in delivering outstanding customer engagement and modeling effective selling techniques. Your responsibilities will include maintaining merchandise presentation, responding to customer needs promptly, and ensuring a clean store and stockroom. Previous retail experience is preferred, and a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with urgency and acknowledge their needs
• Communicate value, quality, and current promotions effectively
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and organized
• Adhere to all loss prevention procedures
• Support cleanliness and safety in the store environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
