Key Responsibilities:
• Document observations and incidents following regulatory guidelines
• Assist residents with medication and daily care needs
• Identify and report health or safety issues promptly
• Implement Infection Prevention and Control measures
• Engage in team meetings and provide valuable feedback
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certification from a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification preferred
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
