Communications Coordinator at Vancouver Coastal Health

Enhance community engagement as a Communications Coordinator with Vancouver Coastal Health's Centre for Lung Health. Focus on promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and patient-oriented research across British Columbia.
In this role, you will build partnerships and networks to strengthen program visibility and maximize the impact on health system improvement. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in health science and three to five years of related experience. This position encompasses many responsibilities ranging from communications strategies to stakeholder consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen collaboration within CLH's programs
• Develop communities of practice for engagement initiatives
• Create effective communication strategies for visibility
• Organize and manage stakeholder consultations
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across health disciplines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health science-related discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience in health care systems
• Familiarity with implementation science and knowledge translation
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
