Regional Electrical Sales Manager

Lead electrical sales remotely across Eastern Canada with nVent CADDY and GARDNER BENDER, using commercial expertise and value-based selling skills.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive projects and new product sales across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. The position focuses on commercial electrical and mechanical solutions, customer relationships, territory strategy, and sales-agent leadership. You will manage opportunities through Salesforce while communicating market feedback internally.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve regional sales goals for CADDY and GARDNER BENDER
Convert new business through projects and product sales
Lead third-party sales agents and set territory goals
Build distributor and end-user customer relationships
Coordinate contractor training and deliver value presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
Ideally five-plus years in outside sales or territory management
Electrical or mechanical commercial sales experience
Experience leading distributors or third-party sales agents
Home office in Toronto or Montreal, 50% travel, valid driver’s license
