Dermatology Rheumatology Program Director

Shape dermatology and rheumatology research programs at Indero, combining therapeutic leadership, client expertise, and clinical operations discipline.
This Project Director oversees study portfolios and the Project Managers delivering them within a specialized CRO. You will ensure therapeutic and client requirements guide execution, while maintaining quality, regulatory, financial, and contractual control. The position also contributes to proposals, pricing, business development, and operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain therapeutic and client-specific portfolio knowledge
Apply study learning across assigned studies and clients
Ensure contract and financial management across projects
Lead operational contributions to proposals and pricing
Provide operational and therapeutic leadership to Project Management
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline
Master’s degree is an asset
At least 15 years industry experience
Minimum five years experience within a CRO
Dermatology or rheumatology experience is required
Use hands-on program leadership, project supervision, and therapeutic knowledge to advance Indero’s specialized clinical research delivery.
