Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets
• Oversee hiring, training, and staff management
• Monitor daily production and delivery timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent
• 1-2 years leadership experience in collision repair
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
