Drive accurate financial reporting for Flyover Attractions’ immersive entertainment platform as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant in Chicago, working hybrid.
This senior accounting position strengthens reporting across operations in the United States, Canada, and Iceland. The work includes financial analysis, account reconciliation, audit preparation, internal controls, and support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will help maintain compliance with GAAP and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately at month-end
Monitor fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and intercompany accounts
Identify unusual financial variances and emerging trends
Maintain accounting policies, controls, and compliant processes
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Strong communication with non-financial stakeholders
Professional accounting designation strongly preferred
Flexible, self-directed, and detail-oriented work approach
Use reporting, reconciliation, audit, and controls expertise to support disciplined financial operations across Flyover Attractions.
