Airport Technology Delivery Manager

The Greater Toronto Airports Authority needs a hands-on technical leader for end-to-end delivery across assigned portfolios and customer journeys. You will work with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and external vendors. The position emphasizes integration, deployment, security, scalability, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver digital products supporting airport operations and customer journeys
Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders
Ensure solution reliability, scalability, security, and integration
Oversee vendor quality, SLAs, KPIs, and acceptance criteria
Maintain documentation and cybersecurity compliance
Requirements:
Five-plus years in complex operational technology environments
Two-plus years leading technical teams or delivery functions
Hardware security systems experience highly preferred
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and resiliency design
Communication skills and Transportation Security Clearance eligibility
Bring airport technology delivery, vendor oversight, and secure integration expertise to the GTAA’s Toronto Pearson transformation.
