This Senior Manager role focuses on wealth strategy, research, and growth planning within Tangerine. You will evaluate customer needs, market trends, competitors, products, pricing, and digital investing developments. Your analysis will support strategic choices, governance reporting, and multi-year roadmap development.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain competitor benchmarking across products, pricing, and service models
Evaluate customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities
Support annual planning, budgeting, and multi-year roadmaps
Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards
Prepare concise updates highlighting progress, risks, and insights
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Canadian wealth management industry dynamics
Experience with investment products and digital wealth platforms
Complex initiative leadership among senior stakeholders
Ability to synthesize information into executive presentations
Business intelligence and data visualization experience is an asset
Use research, competitive intelligence, and executive communication skills to strengthen Tangerine Wealth’s strategic direction and market position.
