Senior Corporate Occupancy Planner

Lead corporate occupancy planning onsite in Vancouver with Excel, headcount analysis, and workplace strategy expertise for JLL clients.
As JLL’s Senior Occupancy Planner, you will support occupancy strategy and space management across corporate workplace programs. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Planning teams while coordinating relocation, projects, and facilities functions. The work covers AMER portfolios and rolling three-year planning horizons.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply finance-approved headcount projections by business unit
Analyze portfolios and identify opportunities to optimize space
Develop occupancy scenarios, stacking diagrams, and migration plans
Report forecasted supply, capacity, headcount, and attendance metrics
Maintain quarterly organizational space allocation plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and five to eight years’ experience
Strategic corporate real estate occupancy planning experience
Proficiency with CAFM systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Headcount and space demand analysis experience
Strong project management and presentation skills
Bring occupancy strategy, Excel analysis, and project management expertise to JLL’s Vancouver workplace planning portfolio.
