Project Engineering Leader Aircraft Platforms

As Manager, Project Engineering, you will lead governance and common practices across the platform. You will coordinate with BFTC, Completions, and other project organizations while supporting production and in-service issue resolution. The role combines strategic perspective, detailed control, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy lessons learned and project management best practices
Coordinate common tools across aircraft platforms
Coordinate with BFTC, Completions, and project organizations
Support production and in-service issue resolution
Represent Aircraft Design leadership on Project Engineering matters
Requirements:
At least 10 years in multidisciplinary aerospace projects
Minimum three years of supervisory experience
Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Willingness to travel and work occasional extended hours
Logical, flexible, initiative-driven approach with attention to detail
Use platform governance, technical coordination, and people leadership to advance Bombardier aircraft engineering execution from development through certification.
