As a Community Manager, you will be the primary contact for residents, enhancing their living experience through prompt service and supportive communication. You will solve resident issues, strengthen relationships, and organize community events like BBQs and holiday gatherings. This role demands organization, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for creating an inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with residents for superior service
• Address resident inquiries and complaints effectively
• Organize and execute resident engagement events
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes
• Monitor maintenance operations and service requests
Requirements:
• This is a 6-month contract position
• Passion for community-building and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with YARDI or similar property management software
