Canadian Tax Manager Client Advisory
Segal
Advise clients on Canadian income tax, estate planning, and cross border structures at Segal GCSE LLP’s hybrid Toronto office.
As Tax Manager, you will contribute to strategic tax planning and client management initiatives within Segal GCSE LLP. The role combines technical research, corporate and personal return review, and solutions for complex business issues. Collaboration spans tax, accounting, and auditing partners across varied client assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review corporate, personal, trust, and partnership returns
Prepare tax analysis and independent research memos
Oversee non-income tax compliance activities
Work with tax and accounting group partners
Balance multiple client engagement files efficiently
Requirements:
CPA designation and required advanced tax education
Tax and estate planning experience
Corporate tax return preparation and review experience
Cross border tax experience considered an asset
Strong written, verbal, and relationship-building skills
Use Canadian tax research, return review, and advisory skills to support Segal GCSE LLP clients from Toronto.
