As a Fashion Advisor, you will represent CHANEL and deliver personalized service that exceeds client expectations. You will build lasting client relationships, share expert product and styling guidance, and contribute to boutique sales and operations.
Responsibilities
Deliver tailored service, styling advice, and seamless after-sales support.
Build client loyalty and pursue personal and boutique sales goals.
Maintain expert product knowledge and follow fashion trends and boutique updates.
Support daily boutique operations, product handling, alterations, and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain accurate client records, provide timely follow-up, and represent the brand professionally.
Requirements
Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service, with success in sales and client service.
Ability to build strong, personalized client relationships.
Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
