Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver knowledgeable customer service and product education
• Support and guide team members during shifts
• Act as a point of contact in management's absence
• Manage product launches and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and cleanliness
Requirements:
• 2+ years in retail or customer service
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Certification to sell cannabis required
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs
