This Director, Program Management Navigation role leads teams responsible for complex customer programs and supports CMC’s cockpit and avionics solutions. You will align Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Support around delivery schedules, development milestones, and commitments. Customer relationships remain central.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain visibility into opportunities, risks, and priorities
Drive action plans for execution challenges
Support bookings objectives and business growth
Provide oversight for major bids and proposals
Build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:

Engineering or related technical bachelor’s degree
MBA considered an asset
Ten or more years leading complex programs
Customer management, negotiation, and influencing skills
Excellent executive presentation and communication skills
Use navigation program leadership, negotiation, and aerospace expertise to strengthen CMC Electronics customer outcomes worldwide.
