This Senior Manager oversees client engagements from planning through completion while delivering value-added business and tax advice. The work includes growth planning, succession planning, restructuring, and tax planning for clients. You will review financial statements, tax returns, and deliverables while mentoring team members and supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements from planning through completion
Provide business growth and succession planning advice
Review financial statements, tax returns, and client deliverables
Build long-term relationships as a business advisor
Mentor, coach, and develop team members
Requirements:
CPA designation
Progressive accounting, tax, advisory, or professional services experience
Strong Canadian corporate and personal tax knowledge
Experience reviewing complex client engagements
Strong analytical skills and professional judgment
Use CPA expertise, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities to strengthen client outcomes and guide high-quality advisory engagements.
