Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Guestroom Preventative Maintenance Checklists
• Perform minor repairs on hotel infrastructure
• Maintain hotel exterior including landscaping and snow removal
• Carry out checks and repairs on electrical systems
• Monitor and test fire alarm and safety systems
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, hotel preferred
• High school diploma required
• Painting and plastering knowledge essential
• Valid Driver’s License a must
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
