This advanced Level 4 Technical Program Manager contract supports large-scale security initiatives within the Cyber Security Organisation. You will partner with engineering, product, business, risk, and operations stakeholders across complex programs. The work emphasizes portfolio alignment, governance, agile delivery, and clear executive communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate assigned cybersecurity programs and portfolio roadmap execution
Track risks, dependencies, timelines, outcomes, and delivery status
Facilitate planning sessions across multiple initiatives and workstreams
Resolve impediments through established governance and escalation channels
Drive continuous improvement across programs and delivery processes
Requirements:

Seven to fifteen years of advanced-level experience
Enterprise program management or large-scale software delivery experience
Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk, or engineering programs
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks
Strong governance, facilitation, negotiation, and executive reporting skills
