Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve Individual Practice processes
• Conduct quality assurance of registrant data
• Manage user acceptance testing and troubleshooting
• Develop monitoring models and reporting frameworks
• Advise on program compliance and submission status
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of administrative experience in regulatory environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aptify
• Strong understanding of the Professional Governance Act
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
