Agentic AI Automation Specialist

Agentic AI and workflow automation define this hands-on TC Energy opportunity, focused on practical delivery across Canada Gas Portfolio Management.
Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Design & Optimization, you will design, prototype, implement, and scale digital solutions. The work spans process improvement, data integration, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. You will support measurable gains in capacity, quality, and cycle time while preserving accountable human decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy agentic AI and workflow automation solutions
Convert manual portfolio work into governed measurable workflows
Define controls, approvals, exceptions, requirements, and adoption plans
Integrate enterprise information using APIs, connectors, and scripting
Design human-in-the-loop governance for consequential decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and five to ten years’ progressive experience
Experience delivering AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions
Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate experience
Ability to translate processes into rules, controls, and outcomes
Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and auditability
