Cloud Platform Operations Manager

Manage cloud platform operations for Infosys in Calgary, combining Databricks administration, automation, and team leadership. Extensive travel may be required for client and project needs.
This experienced Platform Administration Lead role supports secure, optimized enterprise environments across cloud platforms. You will direct operational support, monitoring, automation, incident management, and change governance while mentoring administrators and engineers. The role also covers Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, risk assessment, reporting, and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support platform operations, incidents, and governed changes
Drive automation through Terraform, DevOps, and CI/CD
Establish observability, health metrics, and operational reports
Plan capacity, high availability, and disaster recovery
Mentor teams and facilitate professional development
Requirements:
At least seven years of Information Technology experience
At least seven years administering cloud platforms
Experience with platform automation and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity
Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Use Databricks operations, automation, cloud security, and management expertise to support Infosys platform delivery.
