As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. Key responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. You'll greet and acknowledge customers, addressing their concerns while effectively communicating the value of products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be aware of customer activity and assist promptly
• Greet and acknowledge customers effectively
• Communicate merchandise value and promotions clearly
• Address customer concerns with sound judgment
• Provide accurate service at the cashwrap
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
