Senior Superintendent Institutional Construction

Lead complex institutional construction from the field as a Senior Superintendent, directing safety, scheduling, quality, and trade performance across Ontario projects.
This senior field leader will deliver buildings including hospitals, long-term care homes, and major public institutions. The work requires proven $50M-plus ICI experience, complex delivery expertise, and strong master and lookahead scheduling. You will guide superintendents, foremen, and field teams while partnering with project leadership through handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field delivery from mobilization through client handover
Own site safety, schedule, quality, and trade performance
Direct superintendents, foremen, and field teams
Coordinate trades and protect the critical path
Work with project leadership to deliver client-ready buildings
Requirements:
Proven leadership on $50M-plus complex ICI buildings
Experience with P3, design-build, or construction management
Strength in master and lookahead scheduling
Credibility with owners, consultants, and authorities
Legal permission to work in Canada
Bring institutional construction leadership, scheduling discipline, and field team development to complex Ontario buildings projects requiring exceptional standards.
