Lead EPC scheduling in Calgary with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills. Support oil and gas projects from engineering through construction.
Vista Projects seeks a Senior Scheduler for its Planning & Scheduling department. You will control project plans, coordinate planning activities, and support cost control and project management systems. The role requires EPCM knowledge, schedule analysis, and collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Level 1 to Level 3 EPC schedules
Lead interactive planning sessions with project stakeholders
Monitor, analyze, and report schedule status
Perform manpower loading, histograms, and schedule charts
Conduct risk, variance, logic, and what-if analyses
Requirements:
Eight or more years of planning and scheduling experience
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
Advanced Microsoft Excel analysis and reporting skills
Knowledge of EPCM planning, procurement, contracts, and construction
Recognized degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
