Senior Systems Engineer Calgary

Lead complex systems engineering for the LVCTS program in Calgary, using requirements management, architecture, and integration expertise. This is a hybrid, full-time position.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will support high-fidelity simulated training environments for Canadian military vehicle crews, commanders, and drivers. Your work spans requirements, system design, interfaces, verification, and validation. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Own requirements across customers, teams, and subcontractors
Lead architecture, interfaces, integration, verification, and validation
Produce specifications, ICDs, test plans, and SOWs
Conduct trade studies and recommend technologies
Manage supplier engineering, risks, compliance, and performance
Requirements:
10+ years in full-lifecycle systems engineering
DOORS or equivalent requirements management experience
Customer-facing supplier and subcontractor technical leadership
Complex defence, simulation, military vehicle, or regulated-system experience
Controlled Goods eligibility and Government of Canada clearance eligibility
