• Partner with Staffing Department on recruitment initiatives
• Develop performance management plans in collaboration with leaders
• Integrate HR policies during Acquisitions effectively
• Build partnerships for resolving associate relations matters
• Assess and deliver training to minimize legal exposure
Requirements:
• BS/BA in a related discipline required
• Minimum of 7 years in HR or related field experience
• Certification in HR preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Willingness to travel 20% to 50% of the time
