Bilingual Human Resources Director

Guide Buckland’s people operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico with English-Spanish communication and strong relationship-building skills. Travel is approximately 25%.
This Human Resources Director leads department operations, supervises staff, and supports legal compliance across three jurisdictions. You will represent the organization, manage complex HR issues, and build solutions for employees at every level. The role also oversees projects, initiatives, and service-quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff, performance reviews, promotions, and transfers
Represent Buckland at events, conferences, and meetings
Resolve complex issues through root-cause problem solving
Manage crises while protecting organizational values and reputation
Monitor service quality and efficiency through KPIs
Requirements:
Strong English and Spanish communication skills
Minimum 10 years of human resource management experience
Understanding of employment legislation in Canada, USA, and Mexico
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Legal eligibility to work for the company
Use bilingual HR leadership, sound judgment, and employee relations expertise to support Buckland’s people and operations.
