Global Security Operations Center Manager

Lead global monitoring and incident response coordination for lululemon’s fulfillment network in an in-person Global Security Operations Center role. Guide teams across CCTV, alarms, and access control platforms.
As Manager, Global Security Operations Center, you will oversee operations within Global Fulfillment Asset Protection and Safety. The role coordinates incident detection, escalation, and response while partnering with site teams, Investigations, and business leaders. You will strengthen situational awareness, business continuity, and operational risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee continuous monitoring across security platforms and fulfillment distribution sites
Coordinate cross-functional responses during major incidents
Coach Specialists and manage team performance expectations
Translate incident trends into actionable operational insights
Maintain accurate incident records, alerts, and response documentation
Requirements:
Three to five-plus years in security operations or similar environments
Experience leading shift-based or twenty-four/seven operations
Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and system alerts
Strong incident escalation, judgment, and decision-making skills
Authorization to work in Canada
Bring GSOC leadership, monitoring expertise, and coordinated incident response to lululemon’s global fulfillment security operations.
