As District Director, you will lead and coach a sales and operations team while managing a complex loan portfolio. This permanent role requires financial services experience, portfolio management, risk management, and business planning expertise. You will align lending, marketing, and sales strategies with corporate objectives. FCC supports Canadian agriculture and food through financing, knowledge resources, and business management software for more than 103,000 customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop district sales and operations teams
Oversee revenue, expenses, and loan portfolio quality
Execute lending, marketing, and sales business strategies
Guide credit processes, compliance, due diligence, and risk management
Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, institutions, and government representatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or related field
Minimum seven years’ lending or financial services experience
Expertise in loan portfolios, credit processes, and risk management
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management experience
Bilingual English and French communication proficiency
Bring strategic leadership, credit expertise, and relationship management to FCC’s commercial lending operations and district portfolio oversight.
