Provider Services Policy Leader

As Program Manager in the Provider Services Branch, you will influence how publicly funded provider services are understood, applied, and delivered. The work combines policy interpretation, research and analysis, relationship management, and decision-making on complex health care issues. You will provide leadership, develop recommendations, and support coordinated approaches with diverse partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to a specialized Provider Services Branch team
Interpret policy requirements affecting insured health services
Identify trends and recommend responses to emerging issues
Guide consistent application of health policy frameworks
Facilitate discussions and advance consensus among diverse partners
Requirements:
Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
Experience monitoring performance and fostering accountability
Ability to assess risks, impacts, and sensitive information
Knowledge of insured services and Ontario's health system
Ability to navigate competing interests and build support
Apply policy interpretation, team leadership, and relationship management to complex insured health services decisions affecting Ontario.
