Principal Data and AI Solutions Architect

Shape data and AI pursuits for Adastra Canada in Montreal, combining Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and responsible AI expertise.
This Principal Presales Solutions Architect owns technical direction across enterprise data platforms, analytics, applications, integration, and emerging technology. You will design RAG and agentic solutions, assess business cases, and build architectures grounded in realistic data readiness, effort, and running costs. The work is hybrid, with two onsite days.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as presales authority on applied AI platforms
Design RAG and agentic solutions with responsible controls
Lead platform selection using honest technical trade-offs
Develop target architectures from discovery workshop findings
Explain security and residency controls to risk stakeholders
Requirements:
Architecture breadth across cloud, applications, integration, data, and analytics
Hands-on depth with two of Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake
Experience positioning generative AI patterns and enterprise guardrails
Competitive pursuit leadership through proposals on six-figure engagements
Exceptional communication with executives, clients, and engineers
Apply data platform depth and applied AI judgment to enterprise architecture pursuits with Adastra Canada.
