Senior Principal Infrastructure Finance

Work from Victoria, BC with BCI’s global infrastructure team, applying deal execution, relationship management, and analytical skills to private debt.
The Senior Principal will source, execute, and manage private infrastructure debt investments alongside teams in Victoria, London, and Mumbai. You will coordinate external relationships, advisors, and internal partners across diligence and closing. The role also supports market awareness and long-term portfolio returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate investment ideas through research and external relationships
Coordinate commercial, financial, tax, legal, and ESG diligence
Manage transaction structuring and legal documentation execution
Coordinate communication among deal stakeholders
Support tracking tools for sustained portfolio returns
Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate or graduate university degree
Seven to ten years of applicable transaction experience
Strong research, analysis, and financial modeling skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects
Private credit transaction execution leadership experience
Use infrastructure finance expertise, relationship coordination, and disciplined execution to manage private debt investments at BCI.
