Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personal care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and inform relevant parties
• Assist with resident move-in and palliative care
Requirements:
• Current BC nursing practice license
• Experience in residential care preferred
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
