Senior Cybersecurity Advisor Industrial IT

Protect Olymel systems, networks, and data as a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor focused on incident analysis and secure architectures. Work across operational environments.
Reporting to the Director, Operational Security, you will serve as a senior technical resource for cybersecurity, IT, plant, and vendor teams. You will manage complex security initiatives independently, from needs assessment through implementation and follow-up. The work requires considering production, SAP, availability, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex security initiatives from assessment through follow-up
Assess architectures, configurations, controls, and vendor recommendations
Identify risks and recommend realistic mitigation measures
Analyze incidents, attack paths, and containment priorities
Provide recommendations supported by rigorous technical analysis
Requirements:
University degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field
Minimum 10 years of senior IT security experience
Industrial environment or OT security experience is an asset
CISSP certification is an asset
Experience with CrowdStrike, Defender, Sentinel, and Fortinet
Bring senior cybersecurity leadership, incident analysis, and technical judgment to protect Olymel’s industrial IT and operational environments.
