Boreal Education partners with leading Canadian universities to bring online programs to working adults, operating remotely with in-person meetings in Toronto. You will lead Boreal's revenue and sales operations, owning Salesforce, data, dashboards and BI tools to support growth and partnering with university programs.
You will design KPI frameworks, implement real-time analytics and drive the roadmap across Marketing, Enrolment, Student Success, Academic Partnerships and Finance.
