This role requires current registration in the applicable province and sound clinical knowledge. RPNs in our team focus on building trusted relationships with residents and their families while demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, you will implement personalized care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with provincial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned, goal-directed nursing care to residents
• Assess and update clinical care plans for accuracy
• Coach and mentor unregulated care providers
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary care approach
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
