Senior Construction Project Manager

Lead complex construction projects for Ledcor Technical Services while coordinating resources, schedules, safety, quality, and budgets in a hybrid work position.
As Senior Project Manager, you will manage telecom or similar utility and civil construction projects. You will develop execution strategies, lead construction teams, oversee design-build efforts, and coordinate employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. The work supports wireline and wireless network construction across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop execution strategies for large, complex construction projects
Maintain schedules, milestones, forecasts, billings, and financial targets
Lead design managers, coordinators, project staff, and other managers
Manage subcontractor selection, procurement, negotiations, and supplier relationships
Implement project plans while overseeing safety and quality control
Requirements:
Five or more years managing telecom or similar construction projects
Experience managing OSP networks, long haul, or FTTH projects
Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and methodologies
Strong understanding of construction costs, budgets, and project controls
Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Bring construction leadership, project controls, stakeholder collaboration, and telecom experience to Ledcor Technical Services’ complex projects.
