Lodge Operations Manager Northern Alberta

As Lodge Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee day-to-day facility operations. The position emphasizes forecasting, contractual KPIs, quality assurance, safety, customer relations, and staff development. Remote lodge operations knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve profit targets and productivity goals
Create sales strategies, targets, and monthly forecasts
Record and monitor contractual KPIs
Maintain lodge quality assurance and operational control
Lead safety culture and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Five-plus years hotel and food services management experience
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Experience managing a unionized workforce
Class 5 license and satisfactory five-year driving record
Microsoft Office proficiency and conflict resolution skills
