Executive Director Corporate Strategy

Shape ministry priorities through strategic leadership and corporate governance with the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport. Support organizational needs through executive-level direction.
As Executive Director, Strategic and Corporate Services, you will serve on the ministry’s Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Deputy Minister, you will provide strategic advice and lead corporate services supporting operations, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Your work will help position the ministry for current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape organizational priorities across the ministry
Strengthen corporate governance and accountability
Lead strategic advice and corporate services
Guide organizational transformation and ministry-wide initiatives
Support outcomes for residents, communities, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Senior-level leadership and management experience
Strategic leadership capability across organizational priorities
Experience supporting corporate governance and accountability
Collaborative approach to executive leadership
Lead corporate services, governance, and strategic priorities while supporting the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport’s long-term sustainability.
