Regional Service Operations Manager
Hitachi Energy Ltd.
Lead hybrid substation service operations across Western Canada with Hitachi Energy, emphasizing customer engagement, safety, and operational execution. Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, or Richmond locations are available.
As Regional Manager, West, you will manage service delivery and strengthen capabilities supporting an expanding substation service portfolio. The work includes workforce planning, competency development, performance monitoring, and coordination across Canadian and North American teams. You will align customer commitments with execution while supporting quality, productivity, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage regional service operations for safe, efficient execution
Grow workforce, infrastructure, and operational capabilities
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions
Develop a high-performing team through coaching
Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements:
Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in Canada
Experience managing service operations and customer relationships
Experience developing capabilities and planning workforce needs
Ability to collaborate across matrix organizations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
