This role requires a minimum of seven years of aviation maintenance experience along with three years on specific aircraft platforms. You will develop tailored training materials, oversee student assessments, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in technical training. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical instruction on aircraft maintenance topics
• Conduct Engine Ground Run simulator training when required
• Prepare engaging classroom and virtual training sessions
• Maintain records of student progress and training outcomes
• Adapt instructional approaches for diverse learners
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of aviation maintenance experience
• Valid Transport Canada AME license or equivalent
• Expertise in aircraft systems on Airbus/Boeing
• Experience in instructional techniques and adult education
• Ability to travel globally and work flexible hours
