Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support diverse geotechnical project assessments
• Mentor junior engineers and field staff effectively
• Prepare contract documents, proposals, and reports
• Conduct engineering assessments for soil and rock conditions
• Maintain client relationships and develop new service opportunities
Requirements:
• University degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of related experience required
• Professional Engineering Designation in Ontario or eligibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and geotechnical software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
