As a Civil Superintendent at Emil Anderson Construction, you will oversee field operations, have a direct impact on project outcomes, and coordinate teams to ensure quality workmanship. With 5+ years of supervisory and construction experience, you’ll excel in managing crews and daily logistics, implementing safety and quality plans, and fostering communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary on-site representative for project stakeholders
• Lead daily construction activities to meet specifications
• Execute safety, quality, and environmental plans
• Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation
• Communicate site changes with the Project Manager
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in the construction industry
• 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Background in difficult access grading and rock work
• Unionized environment experience is a plus
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
