Senior Java Platform Developer

Build strategic reference data platforms with Java and Spring Boot for the world's most global bank, supporting organization-wide information access. Work across analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
This Java Developer role requires at least six years of Java experience and understanding of enterprise architecture. You will develop technical solutions, enhance platform components, and collaborate with global peers, Business Analysts, Production Support, infrastructure teams, and technology vendors. The work spans agile Scrum delivery, application support, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strategic reference data platforms for business users
Deliver development projects within schedule, quality, and scope
Participate throughout the SDLC in agile Scrum
Re-architect components for performance and scalability
Provide level three application escalation support
Requirements:
At least six years of Java experience
Experience with Spring Boot, SQL, PL-SQL, and Oracle
Knowledge of REST, Kafka, Redis, Unix, and shell scripting
Experience with Git, JIRA, SonarQube, and deployment tools
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
