Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and enhance service quality
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations
• Manage training and documentation processes
• Prepare and facilitate audits for facility operations
• Oversee financial aspects including budgeting and invoicing
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, 3 in leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Deep understanding of safety policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• High school diploma; transportation-related education preferred
