As Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow partnerships with financial institutions. You will support run-the-business activities, strengthen collaboration, and identify opportunities involving referrals, operational effectiveness, and business growth. The role reports to the Director, Financial Institutions Relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with partner bank stakeholders and understand organizational priorities
Manage business requests, resolve concerns, and maintain daily operations
Advance cross-selling, joint marketing, onboarding, and referral opportunities
Monitor performance metrics and identify partnership improvement opportunities
Coordinate business reviews and annual partner surveys
Requirements:

University degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Seven years of relationship management or business development experience
Track record of driving growth and achieving targets
Analytical experience assessing performance and supporting business decisions
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
